My journey with coffee began in 2003, long before it became a trend.

Over the years, I’ve worked across the coffee world — as a barista, roaster, and coffee trader — learning the craft from multiple sides of the supply chain. From preparing the perfect cup to sourcing and roasting beans, coffee has always been more than a product to me; it’s a culture, a ritual, and a way to bring people together.

Fattorini di Caffè is a small personal project born from that experience. It’s about honoring tradition, respecting origin, and roasting with intention. Each batch is produced in limited quantities, focused on balance, depth, and approachability — coffee meant to be enjoyed daily and shared with others.

This project is not about scale. It’s about craft, heritage, and good coffee.
